ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that Niche House provides to User is subject to the following Terms of Use(TOU). Niche House reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to User.
This Agreement, which incorporate by reference other provisions applicable to use of www.Nichehouse.com , including but not limited to, supplemental terms and condition set forth hereof (“Supplemental Terms”) governing the use of certain specific material contained www.Nichehouse.com , sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of www.Nichehouse.com by User. By using Niche House, User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use www.Nichehouse.com is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User’s password(s), if any.
Niche House shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of www.NicheHouse.ae , including but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access of use.

Niche House is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control.

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Credit card payments are secured. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

In order to protect you and Niche House from fraudulent transactions, Niche House may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. Niche House also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
